What are the payment options?

What are the estimated shipping times?

• The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
• North-America: 3-10 business days
• Europe: 2-5 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and OceaniaL 3-10 business days
• Asia Pasific: 3-15 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Can I order unique gift sets and handmade items?

Sdeco Design is a team of two designers/makers. We share our passion for creativity and together we have 45 years of experience in design and build. This gives Sdeco Design the opportunity to draw on our abilities and experience to create unique items. 

Own designs:

We have our own creations for sale, especially in the science fiction and fantasy genre which can also be personalized to suit customers' requirements. The most common products in the Sdeco Design shop are gift sets, hand finished customized chests, and fantasy jewellery. 

Custom orders:

We can make a variety of custom or tailored made design from gifts, to costumes and props. These could be based upon themes from your favorite tv series, films, games and books.

Commissioned orders:

Sdeco Design accepts commissions to your design, we are happy to help and assist you to develop your ideas through to making your final order. Please don't hesitate to contact us!
